Career Highlights

Pascal George has extensive experience in blood banking and process improvement to Cell One Partners. As the CEO of Central New Jersey Blood Center, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing blood banking operations. His role at Pragmatic Care, Inc., where he specialized in communications and process improvement programs, further underscores his expertise in optimizing operational efficiency. Pascal has conducted materials control reviews for cell therapy contract manufacturing labs and managed production planning for community blood centers. His experience also includes reviewing and documenting cord blood processes and serving as interim COO for a start-up private cord blood bank, as well as interim CFO for a $30M blood center.

At the New York Blood Center, Pascal was responsible for a $300M+ budget and oversaw over 1,000 full-time employees, managing the collection of half a million blood products annually across 10,000 events. As Chief Operating Officer at PCT, he successfully reorganized workflows to eliminate bottlenecks in time-critical cord blood processing and participated in the production planning and implementation of the first stem cell-based vaccine. Pascal also operationalized new FDA guidelines for human cell and tissue-based products and facilitated the integration of an acquired plant in California. His extensive background in blood banking and process improvement positions him as a highly valuable asset.
