As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Downstate Biotechnology Incubator, Jeffrey advises new startups and early-stage drug development and medical device companies, providing them with critical insights and guidance. His previous role as President and Chief Operating Officer of IRX Therapeutics, Inc., following a strategic partnership with Celgene Corporation, highlights his leadership capabilities. As Chief Financial Officer at IRX, he successfully organized multiple capital raises exceeding $100 million, demonstrating his proficiency in securing funding and managing financial operations.
Before his tenure in the life sciences industry, Jeffrey spent 18 years in banking at J.P. Morgan, including an assignment in the corporate office.
