After training at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute where she was on clinical faculty, she joined Amgen in 1993 to lead oncology clinical research. The teams she led filed successful INDs, sBLAs, and BLAs, and she presented those programs at FDA BRMAC/ODAC meetings

Dr. Mazanet joined Oracle Partners LLC in New York as a General Partner and has been a presence in public equity and private equity biotech and specialty pharma since that time

In addition to serving as a life sciences management and investment professional, she has served as an executive at several companies and led development programs ranging from IND submission through NDA approval and commercial launch

Involved in the restructuring of biotech development programs, as well as strategic development of drugs licensed directly from academic institutions
